Returns are gladly accepted for 30 days.
FREE Exchanges - We will pay for return shipping when you exchange your item for one worth 50% of the value. NO Restocking fee!

Returns - The customer is responsible for return shipping and will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

• Contact the Returns Department for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
• Returns received without an RMA will be sent back to the customer, no exceptions.
• Tapestries must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns. Damages include water marks, loose threads, pulls in the item, animal hair, human hair, stains, burns and odors.

If you receive your item and it is damaged in any way, you have 5 days to contact us to report it. If reported beyond 5 days after delivery, the assumption is made that the item was damaged after it was delivered and we cannot replace it.

Due to the handmade nature of these items there will be some small variations in size and item hue.
Due to the variations in monitors, colors of the actual item may vary from the pictures shown. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email us.

If for any reason you wish to return your item, please completely fill out the form below and return instructions will be emailed to you. For Returns: The subject should be your Order Number.
Please read our Terms of Service and our Refund Policy (above) before filling out this form.
You must be issued a RMA# before you return your item. We will credit your account within 48 hours of receiving your return.
